I've been living at 8th and Main for almost two years now and I must say that it's a very comfortable place to dwell. I love the management staff and the community amenities that surround it. Most of all I enjoy my view of the capital and the river and quick access to the rooftop pool. If you're looking for a great place I'm looking for a "Roommate" AKA someone to take over my lease when I leave in the next 30 days for work opportunities.BTW, I have one of the best rates they have because I've been here since it opened. All around great place to live! So convenient, and lots to do in the area. Staff has always been super helpful, and love the all inclusive rent!
Management is easy to get along with and the community is pleasant. A great quiet place to live in downtown Richmond.
