Most of the reviews here are old, so I feel like I should give a more recent picture of the building... I love the location and the amenities that I get for the price - I’ve looked around and nothing is as good, especially if you have a pet! The fact that it’s all-inclusive is so convenient. However, the common spaces are not kept up, and rules are not enforced. People treat this place like a college dorm. Used to be cool. Pool maintenance has gone way down hill. The pool itself is always dirty, cigarette butts & bottle tops on the ground. A simple enforcement of rules would help. Have never once had to show my pool pass. Alot of really young people here now.. feels like an extremely expensive dorm. Alot of noise late night & weekends. Definitely not cheap to live here, so the basics shouldn’t be an issue.
this place is awesome - from the facility to the location to the office staff. i could not be happier here!
The apartments are spacious and have beautiful finishes. Management is easy to work with and always respond quickly to any issues. The location is perfect and provides an easy commute to MCV. It is typical apartment living in that I can occasionally hear my neighbors. There is absolutely NO parking for visitors provided by the complex. There is a rooftop pool which is very small but still a nice place to hangout during the summer months. I love my view of the city and my 10-minute walk to work. The entire staff is friendly to me and my dog. The interior of the apartment is among the nicest places I've lived. Would've given five starts if I didn't get stuck in the elevator a few weeks ago.(They got me out fast, though.)

I recently moved into 8th&Main in July and I am in love! My experience from the beginning of process in finding the perfect unit with Sarah was amazing I didn't feel rushed nor did I feel I was just being placed in a unit to "fill" it! Sarah helped me until we found the perfect unit and I couldn't be anymore excited! It is conveniently placed downtown with several eateries, bars, and other city attractions!
