The people working here are nice, the maintenance guys come as quick as they can but there's only two of them so it takes a long time sometimes. The AC unit keeps breaking and they don't work on the weekends so I have to go the weekend without cool air in this weather. They need to hire more people for this big place and update the AC units obviously. There's trash and thrown out food in the back grassy area where I live it's disgusting. Literally the most disgusting section 8 apartments. Lainey in the office she loves to gossip the tenants files. Jainey in the office covers up anything for lainey. Laineys bf sexually harasses uninterested women since he’s too high on meth all he does is pull stuff out of the community dumpster all day long. The humans at 89 east do not work. They literally drink & drug all day every day. Don’t get me started on the dirty pads, dirty needles and DOG POOP LITERALLY IN EVERY INCH OF GRASS
