Health providers very good. The parking garage is completely unfriendly to handicapped folk, as the only elevator is halfway between garage levels and stair accessible only. How this modern building passed zoning design reviews is incomprehensible to me. Money probably talked somewhere, which is not a surprise with San Diego City government.
