This apartments and all of them are unlivable I am currently living in one of them trying to break my lease cause it dosen't have any fresh air source ( NO WINDOWS at all ) it's jail situation and the ventilation system is not convinient at all ( very loud and there is always smell of food when you cook and it makes the electricity bill soo expensive
Have been moved here for 3 weeks. This week the property got the exterior windows cleaned, and it looks really great when I get home after work. As an architect, I love the 14 ft room height, the exposed concrete material with AC pipes, and the outside look. Management and security are super nice. Most importantly, the leasing process is super easy and convenient. The only bad point I have been faced is, the entrance facing the Main Street is so smelly. Natalie was a sweetheart- she did a great job of showing me around the property and answering my questions. Adan is very knowledgeable about the property and works very hard to maintain it. I like the walkability of the area and the views in the units!
