My basement storage unit was broken into and my lock was cut. Someone stole my belongings worth a few thousand dollars. We were not sure about the style of department or the expectation, but when we entered the unit, were instantly in love. It was more than we expected with a sense of industrial New York loft style… This was a new experience and we are happy that we made the choice to move in to 888

Frustrating application process mainly due to lack of communication from leasing department. Ended up not proceeding with this apartment because the windows do not open. It has been a month and still not have gotten the holding deposit refunded despite numerous attempts to follow up. Steer clear.
