I really appreciate the leasing manager, Betty. She was professional, informative, and helpful throughout the application process, being transparent and patient as she guided me through each step. Her professionalism and support made the entire experience smooth, and she was very responsive when I call the office for any questions.
I pay for a monthly parking permit, but my car was still towed even though it was valid. That is not okay. I was also yelled at and treated poorly when I tried to fix the issue. I live here and pay to park. I expect to be treated with respect.
