Do not rent from 8500 Harwood. I leased an apartment last spring. Moved in and no problems. Got engaged and got married mid April. I gave my 60 days notice March first as my lease was up May 1. While there,I went ahead and cleaned and turned in my keys. When I went in the office to turn in my keys, there was a young, dark haired lady with a lot of tattoos working at one of the desks.
