Horrible customer service. We ordered 21 ten foot deck boards to build our deck, 5 or 6 of them were in horrible condition, damaged to the point they couldn’t be used. Had to make a special trip back on a Saturday morning to swap out 2 of them, then of course we found more as we began installing the load. We also had 3 of the boards that were only 9 to 9.5 feet long, not 10 ft like they were supposed to be! How in the world does whoever is putting these orders together not catch this type of damage before they send it out to... read more
A very nice man named, Ron, made our delivery today . Was able to negotiate a large flatbed truck up our difficult driveway without hitting a tree. Thanks Ron !
Very tight place with not much room to park. Nice guys but they took forever. They kept prioritizing local trucks while I was just sitting waiting.
Truck 296 blocking entire road would not move and got a attitude and cursed me when I asked them to move. Completely ridiculous.
