Update: Mower not fixed. Not happy, had mower multiple times, never fixed. Now charged for a part, not fixed. They said would come look at it, never showed up. Called asked refund. Never called, no refund on my credit card. Not happy :( Everyone was super nice, planning to take some yard equipment to them for maintaining/repairs. Thumbs up.
