My rental experience with Queen was exceptional. She is a knowledgeable , customer service representative. She provided me with all of the information I needed to know for my unit - going forward. Overall, I would rent from the company again, if I should ever need a second unit.

It was easy to rent from 803 Storage. The representative was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was going to rent online, I'm extremely glad that I did not. I appreciated the open communication and efficient fast process I received when working with a live representative.
It's decently priced, but there is no staff present at the location and they can't afford to hire a cleaner for the indoor (climate control) storage area - this also means the bathrooms are locked and unavailable for customers. There are some minor maintenance issues they can't seem to address, like numbers falling off units. Also, the gate to the facility is stuck opened quite often. That said, yes, it's new and therefore decent units for the time being. Also, the customer service is at least nice. Not sure where they work ... read more
