Lived in this building for over 2 years now and it’s always been a great place to live. The staff is responsive, the building is beautiful and they spend tons of time makes it clean. The apartments are extremely nice and the building is kept nice with cleaners, workers, and land scapers here every week. They notice residents when they need to enter the apartment and they have a beautiful rooftop and electric car charging in the garage for those with environmentally friendly cars! A year ago, impressed by the reviews, the friendliness of the leasing office staff, and the admittedly nice view from the top floor, I decided to sign a 12 month lease at 801 North.
