This is advertised as modern elevated apartment living and it is NOT. The fixtures are cheap and constantly need to be replaced or repaired. I’ve had to have my blinds fixed twice because they fall apart, two toilet seats, and my microwave. When my microwave was installed it was installed correctly and a piece that was supposed to be removed before using it was left on.
