Apartments are good quality and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Unlike other reviews have stated, all expectations for the leasing term are communicated up front if one simply takes the time to read over the lease and ask questions before signing.
The staff is fantastic and the apartment is awesome, I have nothing negative to say about it, I love it here!
7th St Station is the best place to live in Corvallis. Very close to campus, great facilities and helpful staff. Highly recommend living with friends that you enjoying spending time with.
Seventh Street Station has worked out well for me, it's close to campus, however the structure of the building is lower quality. Walls are thing and air drafts under the door way during the winter forces us to keep our heaters on more than expected. It is smaller apartments but I really do enjoy having my own bathroom off my room. The staff and maintenance so far have been helpful and welcoming!
Similar to the other ratings on here- low quality apartments for a lot of money. They will take every chance to get money especially when you move out. I would suggest looking elsewhere for housing. There are much better options.
