I basically burned one year of my life and my family’s life. Terrible experience. Horrible management. In a whole year of living there, no one ever tried to fix the problems with the old appliances. Everything is outdated and broken. The loud AC unit is located right in the bedroom. As for the cockroaches—no comment, they are everywhere. The staff only pretend to care but do nothing. Here's your honest review no one will post: You're better off living under the Hathaway Bridge because there's probably less roaches. Since April (2025) I've been living with German cockroaches and now they're starting to infiltrate all my belongings yet as many times as pest control has been out here nothing has changed and nothing seems to want to be done about it. I have roaches living in the dishwasher ,in the oven, in the cabinets ,the refrigerator , under the base boards , the bathrooms and every time I want to use any... read more
Ruth has been wonderful! The pool is amazing, and an easy walk to the beach makes this a prime location!
Love it here! Especially with the new faces in the office. They seem to actually do their jobs!
