Management has been slow to respond to various safety concerns. This weekend, I was followed into an elevator and down the hall to my unit. The person seemed under the influence and staff was aware of the situation when I called. I emailed management with questions only to have my message ignored. I've been a resident at 77H since August 2017 and after 7+ years I'm finding a new home. Please read this carefully - I hope my long tenure here speaks to how much the situation has degraded and indicates that I'm not just some crazy unreasonable former tenant with a grudge. Your experience in the building could be decent, but please keep in mind much of it is essentially a total luck of the draw.
