I honestly love living here as a Georgetown Masters student. Right next to their capital campus and building management is amazing. One con I would have is that the Walmarts in the building is closed so the grocery retail space is currently empty and there's no sub 10-min walk to any other grocery store (but you have plenty of options for a 5 min drive).
John was quick and fixed everything in a timely manner
Maintenance crew (John) is always responsive and knowledgeable. Can’t thank them enough for all they do to keep the apartment under good condition
I’m the parking attendant at 77H P2 garage, the Maintenance tech John is a great very professional and knowledgeable and always helping me with problems in the garage and keeping me updated on any repairs and or activities going on in the garage or surrounding area of the building, he really makes my day with his warm personality.
Had a matinence issue and John once again came in an fixed it right away. One of the best matinence guys you have.
