If I could put 0 starts I would. Kimberly is the worst apartment manager I’ve ever had. She is so rude, never answers her phone, and is overall useless. She literally changed the locks on the front gate and didn’t inform anyone, so I was locked out of the apartment for hours in the cold at 10:30pm. They charge you for the most random stuff, and trust me the rent is ridiculous for what you get, even by LA standards. I would never in a million years recommend this place. Mr. Bardo and Ms. Anna were great and super caring. I wish they were still there.
The only thing making this place worth it were the old managers. They made up a reason to fire them and ever since, the place has fallen apart. This despite unit renovations to increase rent. Hot water was off most of September. (Not an exaggeration) and again late December into the new year. I shower at my gym and my dishes are piled in the sink. I don’t live like this smh. Management is unresponsive but my lawyer and the hcid are building a case.
