We used Dan as our realtor almost a year ago. We told him all of the issues we had when we purchased our last home. He recommended an inspector. Showed us 2 homes. Then WE found our house. WE viewed it. (Not with him). We had it inspected by his guy twice. Everything inspected was lied about. Inspection fraud is real! No repairs we asked for were made. In our first year we have had to make $30,000 in major repairs, not including things we did ourselves. And we aren't even done yet. We were basically lied to through the whole... read more

Dwayne Hart & Jermine Clark were fantastic in helping me purchase while overseas. They kept me up to date throughout the process. More importantly, due to my location, my sister was present with them for walkthroughs, closing, etc. This team never made her feel threatened or unsafe. Their knowledge and care for the buyer stood out as they left no detail untouched, even calling me back instantly when realizing they had left something out.
