I’ve been living at Sterling Karamar Property on Birchmount Road in Scarborough for the past year, and honestly, it has been a very disappointing experience. The building is not maintained properly at all. There is dust and lint everywhere, and the overall cleanliness is very poor. We also had mice and bug issues, which made things even worse. Since there are many empty apartments in the building, it feels like the bugs are spreading into other units. I don’t think proper cleaning or pest control was done before we moved in.... read more
This apartment building got worse over time. They got mices and bedbugs on the first floor. Also they don't let you know that the water is going to be off they done it multiple times. Neighbors are loud and noisy all hours of night.
This apartment has rats coming through vents and the management takes 0 responsibility in filing the gaps in necessary spaces. I reside in this building and have been fighting for long time to solve the issue. But they send a guy who doesn’t do any job and say the management will take care. I hope someone takes this as a serious issue as i have a baby in my house. New residents be aware.
