We arrived with our party of five on 3/20/19 and requested rooftop dining. We were seated promptly and placed drink orders. We also ordered fried Mac and cheese as an appetizer. Drinks were delivered and we were advised that they were out of Mac and cheese, so we placed our dinner orders. Our waitress never returned to our table. After waiting an hour and watching other patrons be seated and served, we hailed our waitress down to ask about our food.
