I used to be a server, thus, I have a lot of patience when it comes to restaurant mishaps. But this experience was just bad! The restaurant is big and seats a lot of people, but the kitchen cannot handle a lot of food orders. We waited almost an hour and a half for our food while freezing because the air was so low - an expensive and long night that was not worth it!
