I am so glad I decided to not move in to this building. If you put down a deposit to hold an apartment that your interested in, they will take the deposit and not refund it. Don’t even bother to fill out an application, they are running a scam to strong arm people entering into a lease and then have a debt collections company they work with so they can split a deposit for a place you never moved into.
Nice place to stay. Very convenient because of its location. In the heart of LA.
High class luxury, very friendly staff, and a great view of downtown from all sides. Nicest apartment building I've ever been in
This place is amazing, I don't want to leave it's beautiful and luxuries.
