I had a water pipe burst in my attic that led to major water damage throughout my home. I googled a Restoration company and Servpro was the first company that came up so I hired them to help with the mitigation process. Boy was that the biggest mistake of my entire life. I woke up to a broken , stopped , backed up sump pump and lots of water in my basement !I I cannot begin to express how happy I was with this company!!!! From the first call with Annette to owner, Aaron to Steve and his crew , I was totally comfortable with the whole process! Excellent communication between all of them and me! We truly cannot express how grateful we are for the help we received from 716 Clean Up & Restoration as well as their sister company Pure Air Care. We were in the midst of a health crisis with our son and left a message on Sunday afternoon on a form to receive more information from 716 Clean Up & Restoration. Sprinkler pipe burst. Within an hour of my call Project manager Steve arrived to evaluate, and plan cleanup efforts. At the same time Annette was getting my paperwork in order at the office. Steve called in his team and he went right to work before they arrived. Jamie and Lee soon arrived and got right to work. The entire crew was professional, went above and beyond, and did everything they could to minimize the time the business would be closed. Rockstars!

Non paying renters did a number on our house-dogs ruined the hardwood floors, the walls and ceilings were covered in soot and grease, nothing had been cleaned for months and months, the smell was nauseating and permeated the entire place. Annette and her crew worked like beasts to make the house livable again. Went above and beyond to make it so. Was easy to work with, showed up on time, and made sure the job was done correctly. Would highly this service.
