I had a water pipe burst in my attic that led to major water damage throughout my home. I googled a Restoration company and Servpro was the first company that came up so I hired them to help with the mitigation process. Boy was that the biggest mistake of my entire life. They were completely negligent for the first 72 hours and almost ruined my house. Luckily I came across 716 Clean Up & Restoration and had them come takeover this job. They saved my entire life, and especially my home! They were so professional, and so kind.... read more

Couldn’t be happier with the service. 716 came quickly despite so many homes being impacted by the recent sewer backup flooding. They advised me on the best and safest approach to cleaning and did a very thorough job. They didn’t cut any corners and even went above and beyond what was estimated to ensure our basement was completely clean, reduced risk for moisture and mold growth, and is ready for living again. They were friendly and reassuring at every interaction. Highly recommended!

Very nice people with good response time, however, they did half the amount of work as servepro did and charged me 2000.00 more. Aaron came and did an estimate and explained that I needed drywall removed due to sewage water and when the team showed up, they simply put holes in and treated it and dryed it (which I had already done). The guys were very nice but they were at my home about 2-3 hours, servepro was much more thorough, worked for 8 hours and charged 2000.00 less.

Our basement flooded during a heavy storm. I initially called ServePro because I had them help me in the past and I was freaking out. Luckily, they weren't available to get right to me, so I searched for other companies. 716 was a godsend. Aaron and Jamie showed up and got right to work. I'm still amazed that the two of them did as much work as they did over the next 5 hours. They were calm and calculated, but not too busy to explain different things to us and guide us in the right direction. They took the time to prote... read more

After dealing with over a month and a half of stress from mold and water damage that was left throughout my grandmother’s house by Simply The Best Cleaning Services, we were completely overwhelmed and exhausted. I submitted a request on a Saturday, and Annette called almost immediately. Her communication, professionalism, and reassurance instantly relieved so much stress for both my grandmother and me. She sent a worker that night to assess and their team came that following Monday, got right to work, and completed the job ... read more
