I cannot express enough how wonderful this entire company and crew is from start to finish. Annette is excellent at communication, planning, and organization and Aaron, the owner, not only is there ASAP to inspect the issue, but educates you on what needs to and can be done. Truly down to Earth people. I want to put a BIG “Thank you” out for 716 Clean Up & Restoration! My sister discovered she had a mold issue in her crawl space. She was overwhelmed with frustration as to what to do, what steps to take to get this corrected. She asked for my help and we called 716 and talked with Annette. All hands on deck, as Aaron, Steve, Lee and the rest of the crew arrived early with work on their minds. Given our situation and the extent of the damage, the men wore hazmat suits and wasted no time getting after the problem. Each member of the crew was extremely polite and considerate!
