I cannot speak more highly of a company than I can for 716 Clean Up and Restoration! I was feeling very helpless trying to find a company to help me remove a sewage backup that seeped into the HVAC ducting of my slab foundation home. Literally received no’s from every clean up company I could in the area. As soon as I hung up from the last rejection call, 716 Clean Up and Restoration called and gave me hope. I have a "fixed-up" basement, and panicking to discover my sump pump had stopped, and water was rising. I made a call to 716 Clean up & Restoration, they were at my house within an hour the hour, and got right to work. The crew was very easy to work with. Rob explained the entire process in detail. They removed the water, and started the drying process immediately. The financial process was way beyond fair for the amount of work they had to do, and Steve was so easy to work with. After buying our house we noticed there was a mold problem. We called 716 Clean Up & Restoration and Annette sent Aaron out to our home right away. He was very thorough in his assessment and explained what the company would do to give us a mold free home. The next day six men arrived and hours later our home was mold free!.
