All hands on deck, as Aaron, Steve, Lee and the rest of the crew arrived early with work on their minds. Given our situation and the extent of the damage, the men wore hazmat suits and wasted no time getting after the problem. Each member of the crew was extremely polite and considerate! I had a mold issue in my basement I was feeling absolutely defeated, not knowing what to do or how to take care of it. After speaking to Aaron at the home show, I decided to use 716 clean up and remediation. Steve and his crew came and they were all so respectful of my home and took care of everything. It was a pleasure to have these guys around. They were friendly and very hard workers.
Probably the single best company I have ever worked with. The service the provided was outstanding! After hearing horror stories on what companies like Serve Pro don’t do, I decided to give 716 Clean Up and Restoration a try and they went above and beyond and did so much more than I even expected.
