This place has a bird trying to sleep but at 11pm on a Saturday. Sad thing is, the flourescent lights have been left on. Can you imagine sleeping wwith a bright white light shining in your eyes? That sounds awful to me.
Took this photo at midnight. These people are abusing this bird. All the lights on, with no cage cover. I've witnessed this several nights walking by. This is very detrimental to the poor little fellow's mental and physical health. You should be ashamed.
