Several days ago I had an issue that was taken care of immediately! Anything that I’ve ever needed, the 701 South staff has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, from day 1.
I have lived here for 1 year and just renewed my lease. I’m in a 1 bedroom and feel it’s the best deal It's updated and quiet Plus,all of the staff are fantastic to work with!!
We’ve lived here for a little over two months and we absolutely love this place! It feels like home to us. If you want to live somewhere where the people in the office actually care about you, then you should definitely consider 701!
My kids and I finally feel at home. With the wonderful stuff always here to help. Also has been very timely whenever a problem has arose. Thank you guys y’all are amazing😉
These apartments have a great office, awesome amenities, and a all-around great Community to live in. I've been living here for quite a while now and I would recommend other people move in because I really believe you would enjoy the living experience.
I loved living in these apartments! They are cleanly and affordable and if you do have a problem the leasing office and maintenance are quick to help fix the problem. Jamie Bradford was especially kind and did everything she could to ensure that I was happy with my apartment! I would recommend these apartments over any others in the area!!
