Has a cool, Millennial vibe that they can "all get along". The condos themselves are typical warehouse-to- apartment-looking conversions with spiral staircases that lead to terraces in some cases (I only saw one of them and hear about what life's like in that one). So far, so good. Front street is very narrow, but hey, it's DC.
