Needed an immediate move in as I started a new job at Epic. Management made it easy for me to move in and get settled very quickly. I definitely recommend checking out the building if you are in search of an apartment.
Moving into 700 East has been fantastic. The spacious layout and balcony offer plenty of room to unwind, and the temperature-controlled garage is a lifesaver during Madison's cold winters. The rooftop area is perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the common areas are well-kept. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend 700 East for a great living experience!
Pressured into re-signing early with misleading information. Advertised having a gym, but had none. And they won’t send your security deposit to you for months. Bad communication from management overall.
