RecommendedI love Cottonwood Creek! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the property is spectacular, it’s dog friendly with its own dog park area and bike trail. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

I see all of these bad reviews and I keep wondering if maybe there is another complex they are living in? My fiance and I have been in this apartment for almost a year and haven't had any problems. Maintenance is quick and efficient, I see them all the time and they are extremely nice. The leasing office is great, I haven't ever had a problem with them and they seem understanding and efficient any time thee is a problem. Redpeak/7s Denver Haus is a horrible slumlord stay away at any cost! Dishonest as the day is long. Would not recommend to anyone. We spent 6 horrible months under their regime and will never do it again! Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else you can!
I currently live on Poets Row. The office gave me false information to persuade me into signing a lease. As troubled as I was to learn about this, the cockroaches helped calm me down, and I was lucky to be able to take a cold shower (the water has been turned off for 15% of my time here) which really helped me come to my senses. The mailboxes are not secure, but the maintenance staff is loudly renovating the adjacent units from 8-5:30 everyday, and I’m sure that scares away any mailbox thieves.
