Redpeak/7s Denver Haus is a horrible slumlord stay away at any cost! Dishonest as the day is long. Would not recommend to anyone. We spent 6 horrible months under their regime and will never do it again! Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else you can!
I just wanted to give a Big THANK YOU to the 7s patrol officer who saved my butt this morning! At 3AM, I grabbed my boyfriends keys to let the dog out but failed to realize he had taken the fob off. I was locked outside without a phone and it was beginning to snow. After about 5 minutes of waiting by the door a patrol officer pulled up and let us in. I'm so thankful to this guy for doing such a great job monitoring the buildings. Not sure what I would have done.
Love 7/s If this is in your price range and you want Capitol Hill, move here. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I've lived here for more than a year. The staff is attentive, friendly, professional and helpful. The other residents are welcoming and mature (no frat house worries here).
