This is hands down the best coffee spot in OC! ☕️ The customer service here is truly outstanding — every time I walk in, I’m greeted with warm smiles and such a welcoming vibe. I ordered 4 large house coffees with boba today Got home handed them to my family and when I’m drinking my coffeee I see that there’s a hair in my coffee sealed into the cup and are able to see through the cup and the hair is sealed and hanging out. Left me feeling sort of disgusted just cause one doesn’t know the hygiene people have etc. We all threw out drinks out cause it was unpleasant to see hair in coffee. That have such bad customer service they don’t even greet you at the drive thru they seem out of it like are they trained to be like that cause that’s unacceptable I love 7 leaves but their customer service is the worst they seem to treat customers however they want
