7 Cities Autos was very accommodating & casual. What I mean by “casual” is you’re not greeted with intimidating suits! They’re a down to earth business with a great crew of folks! I drove 90 minutes to see a car of interest, and after spending a few hours there, drove it home! After a test drive, which they allow you to do on your own, they put it on a lift for me, so I could look at it from top to bottom, front to back, and inside and out! Drove to dealership. It looked so shabby . I decided to keep on going, since I did not see the car out front. if dealership looked so bad, ca imagine how good the autos they sell are cared for.
Jason was great...he tries his best to get you approved....i was approved but the lenders were just overdemanding....
I give this place no stars i was told alot of bs never got a chance to become a customer me and my wife did the credit app and thats all we did this guy Rob said he work with all kinds of credit but i couldnt even get him on the phone so this is not a place that do good business.
Rob, the Sales Manager, was very helpful. I am in the process of purchasing this vehicle.
They did contact me about the vehicle but told me the car wasn’t for sale but it’s still listed.
Effective and efficient
Good conversations, they seemed very sincere . Bad deal. paid $3000.00 more than what was advertised. vehicle price went up, plus finance charges was high. Though my credit was not the best, interest rate 17.99% not a problem, I was thinking that I would be charged maybe $2000.00 over. My $2000.00 down payment meant nothing in the posted price. Vehicle advertised for $10,000. My finance amount ended up to be $11,000. The worst part is watching a army guy get a worst deal. Bad on me. I also should have done my homework. maybe... read more
