I have been here a couple times and it is always a good experience! Today me and my mom went and the girl who cashed is out was EXTREMELY rude! She did not have a smile or ask any customer service questions. When the drinks came out they were wrong and she got completely upset with us because we did not tell her before hand, when she mumbled the whole time and we could not hear her over the music. First I want to say that 7 Brews customer service is second to none! I received a gift card for my birthday. The card was such a hassle as for some reason, it would not activate, not in store, online, or even when I called corporate. I was able to contact the corporate office via FB. I messaged them and within an hour or so, I received a response. I provided everything they needed. They were very professional and accommodating.
