I used to LOVE coming here, But the past week the experience has been horrible. The women who have been working are extremely rude… They don’t know customer service very well. I said today can I use my free drink? I was told yesterday I had a free one. NO YOU DONT have a free one you are far from one. As if I didn’t check my points online? I have no free drink anymore which is odd and my drink was very gross this time…
