⚠️My girlfriend’s drink did not taste right as we got going down the road not even half a mile away and when we pulled back through the drive thur we explained that the drink was not made right and tasted very off. The girl helping grabbed the manager and the manager came back out and proceeded to tell my girlfriend it was her fault and she ordered it and she can drink it and deal with it since she ordered it wrong when the drink was clearly made wrong. Hey 7Brew Muncie, you have a training opportunity in customer service and or inventory management here. Why are you still charging people the same rate for a drink when one of the main ingredients is one you ran out of, and had to substitute it? A lot of people order the white chocolate mocha so I definitely understand you may run out of mocha mix. But mixing some dark chocolate with milk is not exactly a valid substitute.
