I go to 7brew twice daily.. in the mornings and in the afternoons. I get the same drink at every location that I go to. Today I come in for the second time today & was told my total. I paid. Afterwards ‘Caitlyn’ walked out of the building and told the girl taking my order ‘she needs to be charged more for the extra strawberry she gets in her drinks!’ No smile, no nothing.. her tone was abrasive & ignorant. Trying to buy a gift card and they said they had been out for several weeks, told to buy online. Online takes several days to receive, sorta frustrating for a gift. 😡
Quick friendly drive thru service with several sugar free options
Only complaint is that I get half a drink when I don't ask for light ice. Ease up on the ice there 7brew..
