Went in today like we do pretty much every day. The chiller machine has been giving us so much trouble. Usually, we can show them a picture, and they replace the drink without any issue. Today, the manager came out, we showed her the picture, and she took another picture herself. My husband simply asked her twice to remove her laptop from inside our vehicle. Most of the kids working there do not care about customer service, good products, or blaring offensive music. They will lie to your face about their drinks quality and consistency and give zero...cares. I'll gladly drive across town to Dutch Bros. You should, too.
