I come here rarely and it’s always a bad experience. Today I came around 12:30 and I got skipped in line. I wasn’t the only one. There were two girls outside with the iPads and completely ignored any of the cars. Instead one of them with glasses (I asked and her name was Gracy I think?) was visibly mad about something and was sure expressin it to her little friend... She ignored our car for a good 5 minutes. I went on August 11th. The young man who waited on me was amazing. I go maybe once a month. Most of the servers are good. But him,it was genuine. It was about 9:30 or so in the morning. He made my day. Just sorry I didn't get his name.
I absolutely love the staff at the C Russellville location. Awesome group of young adults. Always pleasant
