the coffee is good and prices low but they are sooooooo slowwwwwwwww people have work!!! stop standing around looking stupid and brew the coffee! it’s no reason i should be waiting 15 mins for a drink
I visit this location every single day — like a bad habit. Some days are better than others, but some days are downright rough. It’s a bit out of the way on my route to work, but I make it work. The customer service used to be top-notch, but lately, it’s slipped a bit. The drinks are never quite the same twice, but I try to give them grace and keep coming back. Sitting here 20 minutes in right hand lane. The left lane moving through. What the hell is going on. Cannot get answer or anyone to call back so I am going to start leaving the good bad and ugly....10/21/25
Very slow young workers. The drink was not very good. You should advertise that's it's ice cream not coffee. I am sticking to my gas station for frozen coffee. I am done with the hype about this place. Oh please get adult mature workers and pay them if you want this place to be better.
Very busy, but fast paced. For some reason on this occasion, The staff were more interested in visiting with one another than attending to customers (which has never been the case in my many previous visits). I love 7Brew.
