This is one of the best places I have stayed at in Austin. The apartment complexes are very well designed and cozy to live in. The environment is fantastic too, with many places close by to walk to and explore. Most importantly, for me, the management is absolutely top tier. Their responses to my concerns were always done in a timely and professional fashion. The way they communicate made me feel like they put my problems as a priority. Perfect location, great in walking and biking distance to everything. Good size apartments for a great prize. The perfect experience for my first year in Austin. Very nice and helpful staff, never had any problems, I would move in again.
I’ve moved out about 2 years ago (and out of Austin) but I’ve been thinking about how good this place was. Seriously best location in austin tx, affordable, great maintenance, and chill community
