This apartment building is an absolutely terrible place to live. The building is filthy with dog excrement left in the halls and stairs for days and a constant cockroach problem. The water is shut off throughout the entire building several times a month for hours at time. The police are constantly here dealing with a multitude of individuals and issues including theft, harassment, threats, attempted breaking and entering, and domestic abuse. This is not a safe place to live.
Paperwork was slow but the error was from forwarding property
Comfortable building, nice location and staff is very pleasant and helpful BUT cigarette smoke in the building at times is quite bad and noise levels, music for example, increase late in the evenings sometimes lasting well into the night.
My woman, dogs and kids live here. This is gross
