It’s with great sadness to hear that Amparo will no longer be the property manager for 6Eleven Lamar. For this very reason I am MOVING. She has been very helpful very kind very compassionate and very understanding in very rough times and situations. To pull her from a job that she’s had for almost 5 years is WRONG !! Since I’ve lived here she’s nothing but integrity and honesty. Which I respect and trust. 0 stars super bad manager named amparo it’s only there to take advantage from residents just charge for any thing and is not taking care of facilities they have a plague of rodents I’m living this property asap
Vivo aquí desde diciembre y eran espectaculares , pero desde q se fue la mánager Amparo ya no son lo mismo , tardan para venir arreglar las cosas descompuestas , la nueva manager , no es buena en su trabajo y no tiene orden aquí , A cambio de cuando estaba amparo todo estaba limpio en orden , arreglaban las cosas rápido y en tiempo 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Its cool honestly maintenance good they do a good job every time they come they’re friendly and nice the lady at the front desk is amazing and is always super sweet to my son. She’s super sweet super nice and jolly she also has great customer service every time I go in there and talk to her. I like it. I’m right behind the office. Nice view with the pool like it’s pretty smooth. I asked them to come replace things they’ve replaced it.
