Regarding Jake Thomas I have never in my life been as stressed as I have during the sale of my home with this agents buyer. The lack of communication, incompetent work ethic has made me sick to my mind. I understand a buyer runs the shots but communication is key to a seller when their client has caused nothing but issues.
