Under no circumstances move into this property! Mice, roach and ants infestation has been my experience! I moved into this apartment less than a year ago and it has been one problem on to the next. This problem is deep within the infrastructure of this building. Quick to respond with any maintenance issues, unit is great, new appliances and friendly neighbours! Some staff members (not all) could be more attentive and respectful with their tone. Although they’re busy, I’d appreciate some more kindness when answering the questions I had. I appreciate other staff members that are quick to help and take time to understand any concerns I have :) Regardless, building is nice (I’m at 65), despite the occasional smell as you’d find in old buildings. Dear Building Management, I am writing to formally report a serious safety concern that occurred in our building and to request immediate action. at approximately 5:00 a.m., an unknown individual knocked repeatedly on my apartment door for nearly two hours. I am writing to express my serious concerns about the condition, safety, and cleanliness of our building. The situation has become unacceptable and needs immediate attention. This building completely lacks proper safety and security measures. The main entrance doors are open 24/7, allowing anyone to walk in at any time. I lived here for two months, and it was the worst experience of my life. I was in unit 608 in 75 building. It was so much hassle and stress. We had bedbugs and mice in just one week. I’m not sure about other units, but definitely avoid unit 608 if you don’t want bedbugs. The building is also very dirty.
