I am moving into this complex soon and. Must say that I had great experience with the leasing and the management team. The buildings are well maintained. Thank you Metcap team.
Winter time very cold inside of building and summer time very hot inside of buildings please 🙏 Always night time party downstairs parking lot 2 smoking and cannabis smells so bad
Try not to live at this place as there are lot of issues with bugs and if you complain for any issues they don’t send person to fix the issues quickly. Washer and dryer are not at good, clothes either come wet or doesn’t dry enough in dryer. Moreover the machines are too old and they charge more compared to the condition and size of the washer and dryer.
Under no circumstances move into this property! Mice, roach and ants infestation has been my experience! I moved into this apartment less than a year ago and it has been one problem on to the next. This problem is deep within the infrastructure of this building. From water settling in laundry room, the unsanitary conditions of the washers and dryers, the horrible smells from the carpet in the hallway, the stench from the garbage shoot disposals and the inconsiderate and untidiness of some of the tenants. Quick to respond with any maintenance issues, unit is great, new appliances and friendly neighbours! Some staff members (not all) could be more attentive and respectful with their tone. Although they’re busy, I’d appreciate some more kindness when answering the questions I had. I appreciate other staff members that are quick to help and take time to understand any concerns I have :) Regardless, building is nice (I’m at 65), despite the occasional smell as you’d find in old buildings.
