I am writing to express my serious concerns about the condition, safety, and cleanliness of our building. The situation has become unacceptable and needs immediate attention. This building completely lacks proper safety and security measures. The main entrance doors are open 24/7, allowing anyone to walk in at any time. Because of this, many homeless people and strangers have been entering the building, and several neighbors have reported masked individuals knocking on doors late at night. I lived here for two months, and it was the worst experience of my life. I was in unit 608 in 75 building. It was so much hassle and stress. We had bedbugs and mice in just one week. I’m not sure about other units, but definitely avoid unit 608 if you don’t want bedbugs. The building is also very dirty.
Winter time very cold inside of building and summer time very hot inside of buildings please Always night time party downstairs parking lot 2 smoking and cannabis smells so bad
Well obviously gistex doesn't own it anymore, but metcap oh boy would need to write a book about this place. I see the town houses are still the same dump the mold in those places in the basement must be crazy. Sure buildings look good from the outside with new wallpaper cover still the same unsafe cockroch and mice invested place it's all ways been horrible place.
I live at 75 Silver Springs Boulevard, and I must say that I prefer this apartment compared to my old one. While there are a few issues, the management is taking action quickly to address them. I want to give a special shoutout to Arnel, the superintendent, who has been incredibly helpful in making us feel comfortable. Charu, the property manager, is also very understanding and helpful. I would rate this apartment 5 stars!
