This is my second year living here and I am still loving it! The location is great and the response from prop mgrs is prompt. Pets allowed *and* a covered garage. It’s a really good space!
The building is well maintained and maintenance is very responsive. The property managers are very quick to respond to questions. I love my apartment and it was very clean and well cared for when I moved in. The location is great and makes it easy to access downtown and Lake Monona!
Very enjoyable living experience. Maintenance request are handled in a timely manner.
Excellent building. I've rented all around Madison in the last 10 years and this was by far the best. McGrath management is professional and responsive. Sadly I had to leave the state otherwise I would have stayed. Parking is not cheap, but was worth it in my opinion given the great location and limited street options.
