Excellent building. I've rented all around Madison in the last 10 years and this was by far the best. McGrath management is professional and responsive. Sadly I had to leave the state otherwise I would have stayed. Parking is not cheap, but was worth it in my opinion given the great location and limited street options.
I've lived in 3 different buildings in Madison and this one is by far the best! Great property management, super convenient location and just a quick walk to the capital or 2 seconds to the lake loop! Our unit has awesome features, sunshine, and at such a great price.
Even though I have only lived here for 6 months, it was truly an amazing place to live. The property management is extremely responsive and takes care of all issues very quick. Definitely recommend!
Best place I have ever lived. Small, local, friendly management takes care of everything quickly. Apartments are modern and walls have good soundproofing. So much storage space! Great sunlight through the windows and beautiful capitol views from living room and balcony. Highly recommended.
