We looked at a lovely apartment in this building in our search for an apartment in the Downtown or Mount Vernon area of Baltimore. We ended up choosing a different apartment building but I only have positive impressions of 611 Park. The hardwood floors are beautiful. The young woman who showed us the apartment was warm and friendly and answered all of our questions. The best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Lived here for a year, moved, moved BACK and lived here for an additional year. Really the best. Honest, capable and sweet people run it. You feel like you’re really part of a community. Highly recommended!
It seems like the building was soliciting positive reviews for some kindof reward because this was actually the worst apartment building I've ever lived in. I had a mouse infestation living here 2018-2020. Several mice running around my apartment at once and was told I was on my own to trap them - no professional exterminators sent. I had to beg for them to inspect my kitchen and fill holes- wasn't something they were even going to do knowing there were mice constantly getting in. A very nice place to live with a great Management ! Brittany, the Assistant Property Manager makes sure to keep your mind free of any inquiry regarding your stay. She is also supported by a very professional Maintenance Team with Deon and Deron who completed high quality work to my apartment. Cheers !
The apartment is well kept by staff. Any maintenance issues are resolved immediately. Staff is always professional, polite, and friendly. Repairs to the facility have increased comfort. Parking downtown is always premium and having access to a designated spot is priceless. I have spent more than forty happy years here. I'll miss the friendly staff a lot. Six Eleven is a great place to live. I'll miss it.
