I booked an in-person tour for today at 2:00 PM, but they changed the time literally 10 minutes before it was supposed to start. OK, I still made it there, but ended up being locked outside the main entrance because they told me the leasing office entrance was on the other side of the building. Brittany milan is one of the worst property manager that I have ever had the displeasure of being housed under. As a former resident, the last few months of my time at the 520 park there has been a noticeable decline in management services. Brittany is unprofessional, lazy, and will not address ANY of your concerns about the property or her performance. If concerns are addressed they are met with condescending answers and fake smiles. Since living here, my maintenance tickets are done the same day. The staff is always helpful. I hardly hear or see neighbors and I’m very happy with my home.
