I have lived here for close to 6 years. I can safely say 520 Park is a sinking ship. Management that was once friendly has morphed into a wall of indifference, hiding behind endless bureaucracy to dodge any responsibility. Pest control? They literally shrug as mice dart across the floor. Doors with fob entry take months to get fixed making entrance and exit a chore. This also impacts safety. Package delivery system is a joke. My son was looking for an apartment. I went along on tour. Bianca was great. She asked my son what was important to him, he liked windows and sunlight. She found the perfect unit. Thank you Bianca!
I moved into 520 Park around 3 months ago, and have been satisfied with my experience. The on site team was very helpful in finding me a unit with in my price range in such a short amount of time. The maintenance team also works extremely quickly once a request is made. I also enjoy having access to a pool and gym when needed. Though there are somethings to approve upon such as package delivery, I am happy with my stay.
Lived here for 3 years and honestly wish I had been somewhere else. Facility is a furnished old warehouse. It is fine from the aesthetics but the amenities like the gym is always broken down. Machines are either not functioning or needed repair and have not been repairs for years since I have been here. Trash and loading deck area is constantly smelly and ridden with rats. Visited friends there, The building has a very nice party area in the first floor lobby, It makes up for the small apartments that are difficult to entertain more than another couple.
