This facility was nice when it was 603 Storage. However, it’s become terrible after Spare Box acquired. I’ve tried numerous times to set up autopay like I had with 603 Storage. However, the system with Spare Box is not working. I recently had my unit locked out. No notice, no phone call. Nothing! I’ve never had a late payment before. Totally ridiculous. Again, I had tried to set up autopay with my credit card. The system said it was, but obviously it was not. It was extremely hard and took a lot of time to get a hold of cust... read more
Rehamer is wonderful! So helpful, and knows her stuff! Easiest storage rental of my life!
Just clean and well kept!! Everyone has been so nice and friendly. I have rented with 603 when we were moving amazing service. Our nonprofit organization just did a toy event and they donate a large storage unit to us free of charge for 2 months!! Definitely 5 stars!!
