This facility was nice when it was 603 Storage. However, it’s become terrible after Spare Box acquired. I’ve tried numerous times to set up autopay like I had with 603 Storage. However, the system with Spare Box is not working. I recently had my unit locked out. No notice, no phone call. Nothing! I’ve never had a late payment before. Totally ridiculous. Just clean and well kept!! Everyone has been so nice and friendly. I have rented with 603 when we were moving amazing service. Our nonprofit organization just did a toy event and they donate a large storage unit to us free of charge for 2 months!! Definitely 5 stars!!
