603 property management gave me an estimate for an addition for my deck and also to redo my ridge vent with cobra vent installed and new cap shingles. I could only afford the ridge vent to be done WITH COBRA VENT and new cap shingles, I repeated myself multiple times I expected cobra vent to be installed. 603 pm confirmed with me on every occasion, the work was completed I got home to inspect the work completed and noticed cobra vent was not installed just cap shingles replaced. TL;DR: 12/10 You need to hire them. Steve and his team are AMAZING! They are definitely the only contractors I trust and I will 100% be using them again. They were here early and worked quickly. They went above and beyond to make the finished project look amazing. They were respectful to me and my property and their conduct during the whole job was above reproach in every way. They are knowledgeable, capable, thorough, helpful, kind, and everything else you would want in a contractor.
