We ordered a water softener and OA system over 2 months ago and are still missing the reservoir tank and OA system. Allegedly shipped 2 1/2 weeks ago. The company isn’t responding to our emails or returning calls. Next step is BBB
Ordered a water conditioner more than 6 weeks ago. Credit card was charged, however no conditioner has shipped. Like others, I have been unable to get any sort of reply from the company by text, email, phone, twitter, or facebook.
Ordered directly from the website at the beginning of the month, have been trying to contact them for a week (phone/VM, text & email) and no one has bothered to get back to me, no communication from them at all. @602ABCWATER if you read this, please know I have reached out to BofA to dispute the transaction, expecting a full refund and we are no longer interested in neither your system nor dealing with you at this point.
I ordered and paid for a 64,000 grain water softener on July 17 2019, it’s been a month and still have not received it nor will this company contact me. A court ordered small claims lawsuit is in the works. Absolute horrible business

I ordered a system for $1951.52 June 28, paid by PayPal, and have attempted to contact via text, phone, voicemail and messenger asking for status of delivery. UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner and after a great discussion, came to terms and my concerns have been resolved. I am changing my status back to “recommend“ based on the owners commitment to restoring trust and communication with their customers.
Amazing Products, We enjoy complete hoe system from 602abcwater
I purchased the 5600SXT softner with an Upflow Carbon Filter in April 2019. SO far this system works great and I highly recommend it!! Our water is much softer and taste great. Also this system was half price compared to the cheapest "retail" system I found. I'm no plumber by any means and the Install was a super easy. It took me about 15 minutes total to install. I had to buy several pex fittings but other than that everything needed to install comes in the package.
