Company does not answer their phone and does not respond to emails. Crooks.
I wish I would have seen these recent reviews. I placed an order on February 20, 2019. I received a receipt and then nothing. I have left three messages, nothing. I did get a text response saying that my product was going to ship that day. That was over a week and half ago. I filed a complaint with PayPal and I am awaiting their response. It is too bad. We ordered from them several years ago, and had a good experience.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! I believe they are out of business. They don't answer phones or support products. Been trying to reach them for 3 weeks and left numerous messages. Just need the right filter replacements, and they just don't care. I have to buy a whole new RO system now for under the sink. They also sold me what was suppose to be a 6 stage RO system which I have an invoice for, but they shipped me a 5 stage system which is about 75 bucks cheaper. I regret buying from this company, and don't make the same mistake I did.
Have you seen the F rating by the BBB, the 1/5 average customer rating, or the 22 recent complaints submitted to the BBB? That is atrocious!😟
I’ve called these guys a few times now with no response. I leave messages but never get a call back. Bought a complete system less than a year ago and the seals have gone bad.
Ordered a backwash system on December 9, 2019 and have heard no update at all. No returned emails. No returned Calls. No returned messages. Nothing. I opened a dispute with Chase and they credited me for my purchase as I assume they could not contact them either. Stay away
If I could turn them in I would. The man who runs this is a crook. He is happy to take you hard earned $$ but will NOT ship anything. I have made: Email contact, text contact, Facebook contact and phone calls. I would NEVER image doing this to people. Opened a case with PayPal.
I think this company has now closed. Ordered a system and never received it. Had to dispute the charge with the credit card company which they credited as I am assuming they could not get in touch with the company either.
We ordered a water softener from you in October. As of today, we have no water softener, no response to emails or phone calls and no refund. My concern is that your website is still active and others are continuing to purchase from you. Please understand that I don’t usually write negative reviews...I would just prefer no one else give $1,200+ to this company and receive nothing in return.
