Absolute luxury. Just a wonderful place to live
Based on the ad affixed to the cybertruck I just saw, the owners are completely lacking in taste, judgement, or class. I would not want to live in any space subject to their design sensibilities nor rely on equipment and fixtures that they believed to be sound expenditures. I have no intention of finding out first hand whether for instance the water heater for the building has as many design flaws as the vehicle that the owners have literally attached their reputations to.
We lived here for 2 years, it is a beautiful convenient location. The rates are quite high for the area. This amount of money should get you more amenities. Having the pool is fantastic, and it is usually heated. Having the pickleball courts was great. Landscaping is kept up well. The gym is convenient but small, it’s a 2 person room. The community room is a great asset. Communication is sporadic with management. Our biggest complaint was the construction- you hear every footstep from above.
