The apartments are great. The view and amenities are great. I appreciate what Josh and team has done. The cleaning of the bugs and spider webs can still use some constant work, though. However, you’re getting four stars instead of five, Because the overall price point is still a bit high for Buffalo. Premium price for premium place, sure, understandable. Still, it needs to come down a bit to a more realistic level. Especially for your tenants that have faithfully fulfilled their leases and caused no problems.
