Would like to second John B's review for this building. HVAC (heating or air) does not work properly. I don't think we can ever go more than 2 or 3 days without the thermostat breaking, and we are left to our own devices to heat/cool the apartment. This is a huge issue during the summer, as with the windows in the building, the units get very, very hot. PMC is less than helpful with providing us with a permanent fix for this issue. The electricity charges are so high in the apartment. There is seriously something wrong with the HVAC here and they don't fix it. Either the meters are faulty or the HVAC system is not good. The management doesn't take any action.

DONT RENT HERE. The rent is cheaper when comapred to other apartments in this area but the HVAC is so old and inefficient that your electricity bill will run north of 300$ every month and additional for water. PMC doesnt care about it and blame the utility company. I explicitly asked the person who showed us the apartment and she said it will be around 150$ for utilities but it was a lie. Added to that the HVAC also breaks down often.
